Frequent Questions
- You can insert entities by using the quick data entry form.
- You can add new buildings to existing customers through the customer form
- You can add new elevators to existing buildings through the building form
- Manually register old maintenances through Manual maintenance data entry.
- You can schedule future maintenances and assign to mobile users through circular maintenance management.
- You can see the history of all your maintenances from Technicians actions history
- You can edit and manually register maintenances through Building Form
- It might be helpful to organize elevators on specific routes (see Routes )
- You can see open callouts and manage closed ones through Callout Management
- You can also see callouts inside a building’s form and add new ones
- Add a callout from the quick button in the action bar. Or through the main search!

- You can do that through the building’s contacts see more on the building’s form
You can search for any entity through the main search field inside the main form. The main search form will then display results by showing you related buildings. You can use the buttons on the client collumn, or building collumn to open the Customer form and the building form respectively. By clicking on a buidling record it will display lift details on the right sidebar of the form. See more about the main search
There’s also the Unit Registry Form, where it loads all the active elevators. You can access that through the main menu -> Units -> Registry of All Units.
- You will find the details of the certification of a unit within the “Registry” tab inside the Unit/Lift form
- You can see overal when your certifications end from the Calendar
- You see all of the certification details through the Certification Form in Units-> Various Printings -> Ceritfications. You can edit the fields that are mantioned in Unit/Lift Form
You can locate specific buildings through the Web Route Management Through that form you can locate manually buildings on the map.
This can also be done from the mobile application by each technician.
There’s a few forms that can be used for bulk editing Unit (Lift) fields
- use Registry of All Units to bulk edit supervisor, technician, route, frequency of maintenance, Maintenance Status, Unit Type
- use MBM to bulk edit Sub type lift (e.g., Hydraulic)
Business Type (e.g., ΑΕΡΟΔΡΟΜΙΟ),
Contract number,
Usage,
Handover Date, Business Line, Environment
