Faulty units/lifts per year
The “Sick Units per Year/Month” form is a list that contains all the lifts that had to be repaired in a specific year, above a certain threshold of repairs.
It can be used to identify bad maintenance or usage of an elevator.

Did an elevator have multiple callouts during a year?
Maybe the maintenance is not being performed correctly.

- Year: The year that the callouts got registered.
- Limit: Shows the units/lifts that had at least that amount of callouts on any month.
By clicking the refresh button, you can see the results.
- Export to Excel: Show the results of the list on Excel.
The numbers on the months columns show how many callouts happened on that month. By selecting an entry and right clicking it, you can open the unit/lift, building and client forms.
Totals per supervisor and technician
By right clicking on an entry, you can see the totals per supervisor and totals per technician.
These results show on how many callouts was each supervisor responsible for every month, and for each technician for the technician totals. These totals are being generated based on the previous list.
