Essentially it allows you to customise various parts of the winlift  and are used for autocompletion or statistical reasons etc. A lot of those fields should contain options that are not predifined but editable by you. For example:

•  Jobs: DIfferent types of jobs that you use on Customers.
• Areas: Areas that your buildings belong
• Municipalities/Cities: Cities that your buidlings belong
• Reason for inactive customers
• Reasons for Lost Clients:
• Lift/Unit Status. Ex: Monthly maintenance, etc
• Business types: For example: Airport, Hospital, Private etc.
• Enviroment types: for example harsh condition, Old building, prone to 
• Lift/Unit Sub types: Mechanical, Hydraulic. etc
• Users Management: Manage your technicians and users. Edit access rights, etc. 
• Description of route names
• Teams
• Nameday Celebrations
